What does it mean to be an agent of change in your life?
This process is multi-layered. My method is to begin by tracking the trends in your life, knowledge truly is power, and this step is vital in taking ownership of your life before even beginning to change.
From here we can begin to advocate for the changes you want to make, introducing them into your life, and mediating points of contention. We’ll work on realizing and accepting the power you have, and embracing the fact that this power is the catalyst for change.
You will become your own advocate, you will find the power to build the life you want.
