Your Guided worksheets

Pick your word of the year

How on earth do you pick a word of the year? One word to guide your purpose, mission, goals for the year, and more!

Use this template as a jumping off point! Follow the prompts in the worksheet to narrow your thoughts down from your reflections of last year, your goals for next year, and your dreams for your future, until you find one word that you think encompasses who you would like to become next year or one word that encapsulates what you’re looking for in your life next year.

Print this out, keep it on your phone, and go back to it over the year to stay on track with your word of the year!

Deep Dive - life audit

You can’t move forward without knowing where you’ve been. But you also can’t move forward without knowing where you are, right now.

That’s what this life audit is for, to look at your life in a holistic way to really understand where there may be an imbalance. Maybe you think, day to day, that the imbalance is in one area, but in going through this exercise you find that it’s actually something else that’s weighing you down!

My Goals for the year

Use this template to map out your goals and systems for making them happen!

Plan out your Be. Do. and Try. goals for the year, then dig a little bit deeper with the 5 whys exercise to really find the root of your goal. That root is what you’ll be focusing on, what will keep you passionate about achieving the goal, and keep you motivated throughout the year.

After that you’ll follow the lines down to create the systems you’ll build out to make sure you achieve your goals in bitesized tasks that you can stay practiced in!

The Vision Board Builder

Let’s make your dreams a reality! Using the three templates above, add your findings into your vision board template using pictures, words, whatever speaks to you most! Or simply use the prompts on the vision board to search for photos on Pinterest, online, and save them somewhere where you can visit it throughout the year!

Make it a vision board for the whole year, or break the year up into quarters if you would like to reevaluate your goals!

Find Your why

This is truly the most impactful way to make sure you reach your goals, finding your true why. This template will prompt you to think through all the awesome benefits of reaching your goal, and all the consequences if you don’t.

This is an emotional exercise, but one that makes the goal real and reenforces why you made the goal in the first place.

Get Clarity in your goals

Choosing your goals isn’t always easy. We talk a lot about how to make your goals happen but we don’t talk often enough about what to do if you aren’t sure what your goals are - enter this exercise.

This exercise will help you examine your life so you can start to narrow down the fields in your life where you may know you want a change, but aren’t sure what that change is. In just 4 steps you’ll have a holistic view of your life, acknowledge the areas in your life you’re grateful for and already feel fulfilled in, while creating plans for how to enhance the areas that maybe aren’t so great right now.

Keep Your Chin Up

As they say, growth isn’t linear. More than likely you’ll hit some sort of dip in motivation to keep working on achieving your goals. Life will get busy, you’ll hit a roadblock, it happens to everyone. Literally everyone.

So I wanted to create a template that will help keep your chin up while you’re feeling down. Use this template to remind yourself of why you chose this goal, what in life is bringing you joy, and on the second page I’ve listed out some of my favorite mantras that you can choose from to help bring you back to the person you want to be!
